Because you are here, it means you are looking for a solution to some problem and you seek a way to solve that once and for good. Health issues can be very disturbing in our regular life and often not allow to just continue without solving them first. That’s why I put together this eBook with all my favorite recipes, to teach you how you can approach things differently. The key to health is our daily routines, not short “diets”. The real change happens when we permanently replace our habits and adopt healthy practices into our everyday life. Optimal Diet Juice Book. Juicing is one of the best ways of delivering to our body extra amount of nutrients and best quality water. Yes, water. This is one of the ingredients we often put aside a bit. We drink water with lemon juice, we drink pure water, but water that was processed by a plant, mineralized and purified is not replaceable with anything else. JUICE is a blood of plants and so crucial for our health, especially now, at the age of processed food. Even just one big green juice a day can bring a massive change, imagine what a diet full of LIVING food and WATER-rich food can do for you!
Our body is made out of 80% or more water itself so we’ve got to eat (yes, chew your smoothies and juices!) foods that have a higher water content, in order to keep moisture in our body and continue daily body processes without removing water from the body and loosing that basic balance.

When we come directly from all processed foods, meat&dairy diet, we need to peel few layers before we start. This STAGE by STAGE transition will help you to do this safely and slowly, so you don’t create any additional blockages or problems, but instead increase your chances to heal faster. Give yourself adequate time to peel each layer accordingly to your cooking skills and abilities, your time, your situation. Push it but not too hard 🙂
The Food Combining Chart. This is a foundation to Raw Food Lifestyle. It’s a basic guideline how to put together a healthy meal, so the digestion goes smoothly and without problems. Coming from standard diet, where everything digests pretty much at similar rate and we barely can see the difference. We eat often and snack in between. This looks like an easier option, but then that also means our body has no time to properly digest and detox on daily basis, because all it does is to digest most of the time.
While approaching Raw Foods, it is a good idea to learn and follow those rules, to make sure we are not mixing things to cause digestive issues like bloating or gas. The benefit of eating highly raw diet is that the digestion is easier, faster and our body can keep up with daily detox, that occurs naturally, when we allow it.
The Fruit Cure This is a guide about raw food diet and my own personal journey with kids, but it has a practical advice that I learned – all the important rules for proper nutrition, digestion, detox, food making, shopping and whatever I though would be useful. It is a bit of reading, over 200 pages, but pictures with keep you entertained and the book is written in a personal way, easy to read (English is not my first language, so I really used simple way to express what I wanted to share). In the second part, The Fruit Cure in practice I put together lots of meals and ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also meals for kids with my comments, tips and practical advice, so you learn as you make the recipes.

Ullenka’s Green Fix eBook. This is an eBook contains my signature protocol called Green Fix, which is a restoring protocol, to restart the immune system by a specifically designed transition diet in a form of fasting and elimination diet. The protocol is based on 2 week journey. During those two weeks the body will go through a transformation which will help with balancing a gut flora, strengthening good bacteria, balancing insulin levels, alkalizing the body, ridding of pathogens, reducing and eliminating Candida and bacteria, healing inflammation. The protocol is simple and not hard to do it yourself. You can however consider checking out my DIY program Green Fix, which includes direct support from me.
